Return Policy

Tinted Paint is NON-RETURNABLE and cannot be altered. Unused supplies may be returned within a 30 day time period to store physical location only. Items cannot be returned by mail. Returns can be declined for any reason including if the product appears to have signs of use.

Local Delivery Policy

We offer free same-day local paint delivery for area ( call the store to confirm if your location is within delivery range):

• Orders placed by or before 12PM Monday – Friday will be confirmed, shipped and delivered same-day latest by 10 PM
• Orders placed after 12PM Monday – Friday will be delivered the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be delivered the following business day, latest by 10 PM
• If there is a problem with your order entry (e.g. incorrect colour code, incorrect product information, or incorrect delivery information) your order will be held until a store staff is able to confirm the details of your order.

For address outside of our local delivery area – Not provided at the moment

*Note that paint is a product that can freeze. Oui Colour is not responsible for damaged paint products due to temperature. Customers should always ensure that the paint products can be brought inside at time of delivery. Oui Colour is also not responsible for any lost or stolen goods after the time of delivery to customers specified address.

Local Pickup

Pickup your order from our store location, 1162 Eglinton Ave. W. Staff will call or email to confirm the pick-up time. Most orders are ready within 2 hours when placed during operating hours.
