Description
INSL-X Aqua Lock Plus is a 100% acrylic primer that provides excellent adhesion to a variety of interior & exterior surfaces. It has superior sealing and coverage qualities, product versatility and is an excellent base coat for both latex and oil based finish coatings. It offers excellent stain blocking properties for water stains, wood tannin, fingerprints, smoke, crayons and more. Aqua Lock® Plus can be used under certain floor coatings. This product contains an agent that inhibits the growth of mildew on the surface of the paint film.
Recommended For:
Drywall, plaster, acoustical tile, wood trim & doors, formica, ceramic, glossy surfaces, PVC, wood siding, fences, trim, shutters, tannin-rich woods such as cedar & redwood, masonry walls, stucco, concrete, cement block, galvanized metal, etc. Can also be used under wallcoverings for easy positioning and removal.
Limitations: Apply when surface and ambient temperature is above 10 °C (50 °F) and below 32 °C (90 °F).
Colours — Standard: White (AQ-0400), Black (AQ-0420) White can be tinted with up to 2 fl. oz. of Benjamin Moore® Gennex® ,Colour Preview® or Universal colorants
