    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    You can call the store to confirm the delivery window and status. 

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    We do not deliver on public holidays unless it is confirmed via phone or email as per special request.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Currently, we do local deliver to greater Toronto area and York Region. We also ship Canada wide.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Yes, next-day delivery will be available for address within Toronto and we will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    For delivery within GTA, please be sure you are at home to receive the order. We will share a 3 hours window ahead of the time so you can make arrangement accordingly.

    For shipping to location outside of Toronto, we do require signature.

    Note that paints product cannot be left outdoor for excessive time as it will cause damage to the products.
